In the past ive had horrible experiences with every salon I went to so I haven't been in years. Boxed dyed my hair repeatedly. I came in for a consult and right away this place was very welcoming and the workers were very sweet and helpful. I came in with permanent black boxed dyed hair with stripes of white from me bleaching repeatedly, and wanted to go back to my natural dirty blonde hair. 1 session with Liv she was able to get it to a gorgeous light brown. She was nothing but helpful with all my questions and I am verrry happy I went to her to get me to the hair goals I want! Im so excited to see where the next appointment gets us. Definitely recommend coming here

I had an amazing experience with Jasmyne at New Identities. She’s fresh out of school, but you would honestly never know it—her talent, professionalism, and confidence are already top tier. She really listened to what I wanted, explained the process clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. My hair turned out absolutely beautiful, and I’ve already received so many compliments. Jasmyne is incredibly gifted and passionate about what she does, and I can’t wait to continue booking with her. She is definitely one to watch!

Despite all the bad reviews, I still decided to give this salon a chance and I’m so glad I did! I got a balayage done by Sydney and couldn’t be happier. She truly brought my vision to life and made the entire experience feel effortless. Not only is she super talented, but she’s also kind, patient, and took her time to make sure everything blended perfectly. My hair feels healthy, looks amazing, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments! I highly recommend booking with Sydney if you want to leave the salon feeling like your best self. Because my hair is very long and the process was a bit lengthy, stylist Kota also jumped in and was more than willing to help speed things along. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and clearly a top-notch colorist! Kota was extremely detailed, explained every step perfectly, and was so friendly and thorough. If you want someone who truly knows what they’re doing she’s your girl. Thank you so much, ladies!

Stumbled upon the salon, not knowing what I really wanted.. (I’m very indecisive) Sat down with Sydney one of the hairdressers here. I gave her a few of my wants and she took control, which is what I needed. She made me look better than I had even imagined. On top of being very kind, she made conversation and it was a great first time experience. Thank you for making me feel gorgeous. I will definitely be back.

I have been going to New Identities for years and I have always had wonderful service and always walked away in love with my hair. Today, after my consultation with Jen, we decided to try something new and I am head over heels in love! She had a vision and she delivered ! Jen is great! The salon continues to be a great place to feel pampered, on top of that, My cut and color are absolutely perfect. Ready for the fall. *bonus is the adorable little boutique in the front of the salon with such a cute collection of things
